Easter '08

Easter was so much fun this year. Lauryn and Braxton are at the point where they both get so excited about everything. We dyed our eggs on Saturday and they both loved it. Lauryn was asking me all day when we could color they eggs so we finally did it at about 2 because she couldn't wait any longer. Then we went to a party with TJ's family where we had a fun easter egg hunt for the kids and games and then we had to find our easter baskets. They kids love the parties Grandma B puts on for them! Can you tell what Lauryn's favorite present was? The googles! She even fell asleep with them on. Then on Sunday we did the whole find your basket and eggs at home. Later we went to my mom's for a way YUMMY dinner and a fun little easter hunt at my mom's (aren't grandmas the greatest) and over to my grandma's for banana splits. It was such a fun Easter this year. Happy Easter to everyone else!

Consequences

Okay so this is my consequence today for blog stalking! I was, of course glued to the computer and I noticed my kids were quiet so I called for Lauryn and asked her to bring Braxton to me. Next thing I know Braxton walks into the office looking like this... Yep, thats my mascara all over him! In his hair, on his lips, stomach, legs, the bottom of his feet, and hands! AHHHHHHHH! I can't wait for TJ to see this post.

Happy Birthday to Missy!!!

I know the picture is dark but it is when we decided that we needed a break so we went to Hawaii together for a couple days and left the kids and husbands at home. It was great! I just want to tell you happy birthday and thank you so much for being such a good sister to me and for being an amazing aunt to my kids. I hope you had a good day! We miss you so much!

Disney On Ice - Princess Wishes

On Friday night my friend Annie and I took Lauryn and Makae to Disney on Ice. They were so excited and had been talking about it for weeks. We got them all dressed up like princesses and took them to dinner at applebee's at the gateway (which was full of little princess) and then we walked across the street to the show. They loved it and it was such a fun night for all of us! I love my little princess!!!!!

Random

We have a canal that runs along the back of our house and then opens up into a huge field that Lauryn loves to take our 4 wheelers out on. Every day she askes if we will take her for a ride and she giggles the whole time. I love it! It has been so fun. When we were moving I was so excited that I would have counter space to cook on so the other night I was way excited to make homemade rolls. They were so YUMMY!

We're In!!!!

We made it!!! We are in and I have most of our stuff unpacked. Here are some pictures of the house but it is still pretty bare because we came from a really small town home so we don't have much. We are trying to get ourselves to buy more furniture and stuff but it is so hard to just fork out all that money for it. We love it and are having so much fun in this home. It is so much more room for us and my kids have been playing so much better. We have a bonus room above the garage and we have made that into a big playroom for the kids. All of their toys are in there and a tv for them too. TJ and I have a huge nice closet and a super nice master bathroom and let me just say I am in HEAVEN!!! We are so excited to actually have room to have people over and we can't wait to be totally settled so we can invited you all over for some fun!
