It was Lauryn's last dance performance for the year and also for the dance group that she is in. Since we moved I am enrolling her in a different studio just down the street. It was hard to get pictures of the dance on the stage with the lighting so I only have 1 dark picture for you. I will also post a video of the dance for you Missy as soon as I figure out how to do it. But anyways, she did soooo good and she had so much fun. She loves to dance and be on the big stage. I love to watch her and she how much she improves. It is so fun to have a kid big enough for this kind of stuff. At the end of the performance they handed out trophies to all of the girls. Lauryn is soooo excited that she got one and has taken in everywhere with her (the store, camping, in the car, etc.). She is such a funny little girl and I love her so much. GOOD JOB LAURYN!

As I was leaving for work today I had to run back inside for something and this is how I found TJ, Braxton, and Bibbils. They were all just hangin out watching a movie together like this. I thought it was so cute!

The Art Show

Lauryn had her preschool art show this morning. We went to her class and she walked us around to all of her projects she's been working on. And then they did a little program. It was so cute and I am so proud of how much she is learning. Here are some of the cute little projects.

Mothers Day

Yep that's right. TJ got me a kitchen aid mixer!!!!!!!!!! I couldn't believe it. I have wanted one for so long. I saw the breast cancer one at bed bath and beyond and have wanted it so bad so he totally pulled through and surprised me with it on mothers day. You may also notice the card that he scrap booked for me the night before. It was the sweetest card I think he has ever given me. He totally babied me the whole day and let me sleep in and then made me the yummiest breakfast. I had the best mothers day yet!!!! Thank you TJ! I love you!

mY GiRl!

Today I took Lauryn to here kindergarten check-up. I can't believe that she is getting this big. She has been so excited to go but she has also been so nervous about the shots. I told her how I remembered the day I got my kindergarten shots and how the doctor made me look at a picture of big bird on the wall so that I wouldn't be worried. So she thought that she needed to take something with her to keep her brave and to hug while she got her shots. She chose her little cat that she named "Catty". She did so good and she held on to that cat so hard that the insides were coming out all over while she got her shots. My heart broke when she got her last shot because that's when she lost it. She had the most heart breaking cry and was holding on to me so tight. It killed me. We went to lunch after and spent some girl time. I have to say that I love the time I get to spend with just her because she makes me feel like I mean the world to her. I love that little girl with all my heart!!!!!!!!!!!
