*First Day of School*

Right after our trips we were off to school. They start so early out at these year round schools. It's crazy!

Alayna was ready to go to school with the big kids. She was pretty confused when I made her get back in the car and go home. ha ha!Lauryn was so cute about taking Braxton to school. She wanted to be able to walk him into his classroom but I had to remind her that she had to be on time to her own class.
He's so handsome! Have you ever noticed that Braxton's eyes are almost always closed in my pictures. I'm happy they are actually open in this picture!
He was lucky enough to get put on the same track and in the same class as ALL of his little buddies. They all play soccer together too and are really good friends. There are 5 of them. I feel bad for his teacher :). Here he is with a couple of them having a good chat!
Lauryn started 3rd grade this year. I can't believe the difference in homework. She is definitely an older kid now in school. She loves her teacher and was also put in the same class as one of her really good friends.
My kids are growing up so fast. It's crazy. It's just Alayna and me at home in the mornings now and it feels so weird but it's good. I will be able to do my errands, watch my shows, and clean my house now.

Hodson Family Vacation

*Warning: My pictures wont upload in order. I promise i'm not this stupid!

We drove straight from St. George with the Buckley's to Payson lake for a camping trip with my family. It was so much fun to take our kids camping because we hadn't been in so long. It was so pretty and we loved just hanging out roasting marshmallows.

This was Laynie's first time camping and I think she liked it. What do you think?


Lauryn was being pretty funny. This is her impression of Juliet from the movie, Gnomio and Juliet.

The 2nd day we headed off to the Lake to hang out for the day. Here is Laynie in her gear!

On our last day we took a little hike with the kids up to a little waterfall. It was perfect for the kids.

This was at the lake. We all hit a brick wall after lunch and just laid there for a good hour or so.

Buckley Family Vacation

One of our favorite summer vacations is going to St. George to go boating at Sand Hollow. It definitely didn't disappoint us this year. We were able to boat 2 days, go school shopping, the adults went out to dinner one night, lots of games, and pool time. We love St. George.

Our kids were set up pretty darn good this year. They all had their own TV's so we didn't have any fights with their own ear phones so we didn't have to hear them! It was fantastic!!!!!

Sand Hollow
We love going here so much!!!!! It is so warm, the water is super clear, they have great beaches for us to hang out on all day long, and we usually take our 4 wheelers too.

TJ loves to go out with his nieces and nephews. They get some pretty crazy rides in and im such a baby about it so its a good thing he has these kids to hang out with.


Lauryn was so nervous this time about the tubes. She looked like she was going to loose it the whole time!

Alayna LOVED the boat. She wanted to ride on it the entire day. I loved it because we would get on the boat and she would go into a trance. She would just lay there all calm and nice. It's the only time I have ever been able to just cuddle her.
We headed over to jump off some rocks. I, of course, am a baby and didn't do it but TJ and the kids loved it.







Back at the hotel...

We had a fun day at the pool with the kids. They LOVE swimming so much and probably could stay at the pool for the rest of their lives.
Braxton mastered his flips into the pool.
Lauryn and Kira were attached at the hip of course. I hardly saw this kid. She's getting so old. Sad:(
Gosh I don't know why these uploaded out of order. Oh well, This is how alayna slept on the boat.
Pretty ballerina. She is into posing for pictures now. It's so cute.
And she loved her goggles! ha ha.
The night that all of the adults went out we came home to the older cousins just cuddling our kids and watching some TV. It was so cute!

Anyways, lots of fun times and we can't wait to go back next year!!!
